and the organization. We provide a variety of services for individuals, corporations and governmental entities in improving
human relations management between customers, employees, vendors, and administration (HRM) and business process
management (BPM). These services include hotline, research, consulting and advocacy. We pride ourselves on
our ability to provide professional non-adversarial ministerial, investigative, liaison and advocacy services as
an Ombudsman with the unwavering principles of confidentiality, impartiality, independence and informality.
